When you hear about Caffé Aiello’s story, you can almost smell the ancient coffee fragrance of the old days. Its origins are in a region where breaking the borders and reaching people far from the local reality demanded nerve and boldness.
Caffè Aiello’s story is 100% “Calabrese”: it comes from hard-working people who, through many ups and downs and through devotion, were able to create a strong and successful company. It’s thanks to the same dedicated people, working tirelessly since 1967, that a small-scale roasting factory had the chance to turn into the big technologically advanced company it is today, making it possible for the entire world to taste the amazing Caffè Aiello.
This adventure stemmed from a passion that was able to turn hopes into facts, thanks to the enthusiasm of the founder, Gaetano Aiello, who believed in his vision since the beginnings. His objective has always been to elevate even more the already popular “Italian Espresso”: he succeeded in doing so through the finest selection of coffee beans, and he delivered a product that is today recognized as one of the finest in its category.
How do we define the perfect Italian coffee? We recognize it from the irresistible aroma of a well-balanced blend.
While the blend balance is for sure one of the main characteristics of the “perfect coffee”, there are many other elements that contribute to the final answer. At Caffè Aiello the quest for these elements has always been the drive of our work, as well as the reason behind our ability to manufacture the best authentic Italian coffee.
Our mission is to express the love for coffee through our authentic espresso. By selecting the best coffee beans and delighting the taste of more and more people around the world, we want to communicate our heritage and tradition.
To us, high quality is not a plus, it’s our main goal. For this reason, we are 100% focused on finding the best coffee varieties and to blend them in the most delightful way. The search for quality is in everything we do: from the country, plantations and beans selection, to the roasting processes, to the packing activities and all the aspects of our post-production services.
While preserving our traditional and artisanal roots in the process, at Caffè Aiello we allocate a huge part of our investments towards technology innovation. Our machinery and whole process is state-of-the-art and the most technologically advanced in Central and Southern Italy.
Our customers, being them final consumers or business partners, represent the center of all our activities. Not only we want to please and thank them through our coffee’s premium quality, we also want to care for them in each moment of their Aiello experience through the support of our customer service.
